Memory Lane Friday - Pictures Tell a Story

This week's Memory Lane Topic is "Pictures Tell a Story." I always enjoyed photography as a hobby; I was actually in the photography club in high school (Culver Girls Academy). So this one is especially fun.

Here we go on a pictorial adventure . . .

There you have my pictorial tour. These photos are just a few of the many, many photos I took over Labor Day Weekend 2009 in Chicago. These are from the walking tour I took Andrew and Livie on that Monday.

I love chicago! My parent live there now, so I've been doing my shopping on Michigan Ave for many years now...I do however have to correct Lisa...it's not a big mirror ball, it's a bean! ;-)

Chicago IS awesome, isn't it?! I love it, too, Mere. :)

Hahaha! Yep, it's a "bean". ;) Looking back at the photos I put in this particular post, I noticed that I didn't get any with the whole bean shape; I can see why these photos make it look like a "ball." One of these days, I'll post a photo of the whole thing and its beany shape.

I think the artist actually called it "Cloud Gate" but I've never heard anyone call it that.
