We were headed to my parents' place in the Des Moines area. As you can see, we were at mile marker 216, on I-80 heading west. That's somewhere between Coralville, IA and Des Moines.

sweet shot of great farming territory.
I love the black and white!
I like this. Good shot from the car.
This reminds me of photos in my parents' stash from the 50s and 60s. Love it.
Looks like a really large working farm & that's awesome to see! I love it! Love it in black & white, too!
Thanks a million for joining =)
I'm liking it, snow and all!
Cool shot! I absolutely love Iowa farmland (maybe because both sets of grandparents grew up on farms in Iowa).
Nice rural landscape in B&W!
The square black and white photos reminds me of the photos my parents first took many years ago. : )
wow, i really love what you did with this photo / view here. great shot!! ( :
Really like the vintage look of this! Looks like it could have come out of my Mom's old Brownie camera.
Amazing it was done with your phone. Hmmm...I need an iPhone. :)
Nice shot!
I'll bet that same view would be amazing in the spring time!
nice in b&w :)
the framing on that picture really sets it off. Very nice in black and white.
So many nice farms and barns in Nebraska and Iowa. Aren't we lucky?
Cool shot! I like it in B&w, which makes it look very old.
Gorgeous! Nothing better than a barn and some snow!
