We got some hot chocolate and then stood around the Christmas tree enjoying the Christmas carols a brass band was playing. After a minute or two, the mayor flipped a switch and we got to see the HUGE evergreen tree all lit up.
Liv LOVED it! She was so excited.
Here's a photo of the "depot" in the town square. This is where they were serving hot chocolate.
But the best part of the night was the carriage ride. Liv waved to everyone, saying "Merry Christmas!" as we went around town in a carriage all decked out for the holidays and pulled by two draft horses.
